Joan Snodgrass is trained and certified by The Protocol School of Washington and the National League of Junior Cotillions. She has directed etiquette programs for students in Williamson County for nineteen years. A graduate of both Texas Christian University and The University of Texas, Austin, she holds degrees in Fashion Merchandising and Education. Joan is a Junior League Sustainer, a member of Helping Hand Home Society, a Board Member of the TCU Austin Alumni Association and a member of University Christian Church where she has served as an Elder, Deacon and Committee Chair.
Brannon Smith has assisted with etiquette programs for over ten years. She graduated from Vanderbilt University with degrees in Fine Arts and Spanish. She has worked for national advertising firms and has corporate event planning experience. Brannon is a member of the Helping Hand Home Society and has served on the Board of Directors. She has served on the vestry at Good Shepherd Episcopal church and is involved with the PTAs of Casis Elementary and O.Henry Middle School.
